The Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of accessible systems and components of a residential property. The Inspection can be performed on a condominium, mobile home, single family home and multi-family building. Upon completion, you will be provided with an electronic report that includes photos and associated recommendations.
Types of Inspections:

Radon is a radioactive gas that comes from the natural decay of uranium that is found in nearly all soils. It typically moves up through the ground to the air above and into your home through cracks and other holes in the foundation. The vials are exposed to the air in the home for 48 to 72 hours. I will then send them to a laboratory for analysis. Analysis reports will be sent to you directly.
Water quality testing is strongly recommended for homes with private drinking water wells. I will collect and send samples from your drinking water source to a laboratory for analysis and reports will be sent directly to you.
